Just When You Thought They Couldn’t Get Better…
…got word today from the folks behind the folks who are the folks in The High Strung about the “Monday-Wednesday-Friday” project. On those three days, the band will post a new song not available on any record. They mention that sometimes the song will be a live recording, or an alternate take, but most of the time it’ll be a brand new song no one (outside of, presumably, the band itself) has heard before.

I hereby promise to not ever refer to Derek Berks as “David” ever again, too. The High Strung are what a Wes Anderson movie would be if it was a rock band, and I mean that in the most praiseworthy way possible.
